FABRITECH’s EMI RFI SHIELDING GASKETS HAVE OUTSTANDING PHYSICAL PROPERTIES, INCLUDING LONG LIFE IN CRITICAL APPLICATIONS, HIGH CHEMICAL, FUEL AND SOLVENT RESISTANCE AND A WIDE USABLE TEMPERATURE RANGE.
Our ability to combine EMI RFI shielding and traditional sealing technology, integrated with customer components, provides electrical conductivity between mating surfaces while ensuring environmental protection as well as vibration isolation. Shielding performance is outstanding for EMI, RFI and high frequency emission.
EMI RFI requirements can be met by using extruded lengths, die cutting from sheet, vulcanizing to metal, composite, and a wide range of other materials.
Fabritech only uses materials on the QPL for all MIL-DTL-83528 material types. Specialty materials can be manufactured at the Rubbercraft facility in Long Beach, CA. Their materials are certified on the QPL for all MIL-DTL-83528 material types.

Fabritech manufactures custom gaskets and seals that can operate in almost any environment, including vacuum, aerodynamic and media pressure, extreme hot or cold, fuel or chemically corrosive, and with the ability to seal moving surfaces.
All Fabritech custom gaskets and seals are rigorously tested to ensure that they conform to the design and will operate reliably.
We perform a wide range of physical and mechanical tests on the gasket and seal configurations to validate material properties and design requirements.
